Professional development opportunities that strengthen teachers’ understanding and practical approaches to disability, inclusive education and learning differences.
Able Foundation’s Teacher Training & Capacity Building Programme supports teachers and education practitioners to develop practical knowledge and approaches for working with learners with disabilities and learning differences.
Training and capacity-building activities may address areas such as inclusive education, dyslexia, autism, differentiated learning, learner support, classroom strategies and disability awareness.
The programme is designed around practical application. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their existing classroom practices and identify approaches that can improve participation and learning for diverse learners.
Training may be delivered through workshops, sessions, school-based activities, collaborative learning and other appropriate formats.
